The data existed. Nobody was using it. SGP was built to change that. Founder & Managing Director
Stuart founded SGP after identifying a gap nobody in the healthcare market was addressing. Specialist practices had referral data sitting unused inside their own systems and no clear path to turning it into a growth strategy. He brings deep experience in healthcare business development, referral network analysis, and strategic consulting. Stuart personally leads every client engagement - from initial analysis through to strategy and ongoing relationship management. He speaks at industry conferences on referral intelligence and practice growth, and is currently writing a field guide for specialist practices navigating competitive referral markets.

Natalie Stephens
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Natalie is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of SGP.
Detail is her discipline. From the first draft to the final output, Natalie holds the standard that defines how SGP is perceived - ensuring nothing leaves the business that doesn't reflect the level of work it promises. Stuart builds and closes the strategy. Natalie makes sure everything behind it is built to match. She drives the collaborative thinking behind SGP's growth, champions excellence at every step, and is the quality control gate every deliverable passes through, so that what clients receive is always work the business is proud to put its name on.

GP & Allied Health Liaison Manager
Reese manages SGP's GP and allied health liaison program. She works directly with referring practices, building and maintaining the face-to-face relationships that keep specialists top of mind with the GPs and practitioners who send them patients.
